    List of Ingredients


    • 6 medium tomatoes
    • 4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 bunch)
    • 4 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 medium head)
    • 2 cups (8-ounces) grated Muenster cheese
    • 1 cup savory herb stuffing mix
    • 3/4 cup chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Scoop pulp from tomatoes, leaving shells intact. Place in a lightly greased 9-x-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture evenly into tomato shells.
    4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
