Wilted Spinach

- 2 T olive oil
- 2 small garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 3 bags spinach (10 oz each), tough stems removed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a 12-quart saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot; add the garlic and cook until it turns golden brown, about 1 minute.
- Add the spinach and stir until the leaves are coated with oil. Cover and let cook until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
