    World's Best Scalloped Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
    • 2 medium onions
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 soup can of milk
    • 1/2 lb grated colby cheese
    • 1/2 lb grated pepper jack cheese


    Instructions


    1. Oil a 3-quart casserole with a lid. Peel the potatoes and onions and slice them thin. Layer half the potatoes, half the onions, half the cheese in the casserole and repeat.
    2. Mix the soup and milk and pour on top. Bake at 325 degrees covered for one hour and uncovered for another hour, until the top is golden brown.
