Zesty Herbed Carrots

- 1/4 cup Kraft Special Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 lb carrots, sliced
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T walnuts; toasted
Instructions
- Pour dressing over carrots in a large nonstick skillet; stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in parsley and nuts.
Final Comments
Makes 6 servings, about 1/2 cup each
