    • 1/4 cup Kraft Special Collection Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    • 1 lb carrots, sliced
    • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 T walnuts; toasted


    Instructions


    1. Pour dressing over carrots in a large nonstick skillet; stir to coat.
    2. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    3. Stir in parsley and nuts.


    Final Comments


    Makes 6 servings, about 1/2 cup each
