    Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs. chicken wings (17 or 18)
    • 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 2 T vegetable oil
    • 2 T chili sauce
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper


    Instructions


    1. Separate chicken wings at the joint.

    2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour on chicken. Cover and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hour.

    3. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Place chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan. Bake 30 minutes. Brush chicken with reserve marinade. Turn chicken and bake, brushing occasionally with marinade until tender.
