    List of Ingredients

    • 12 to 15 chicken wings
    • 1 to 2 tsps dried chili flakes
    • 1 orange
    • 5 slices ginger
    • 1 tsp garlic, minced
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 to 2 tsps honey
    • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
    • 2 to 3 T sesame oil
    • 2 tsps corn starch

    Instructions

    1. Grate about 2 tsps of orange peel, and juice the orange to make about 1/3 cup orange juice.

    2. Mix the orange peel, juice, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red chili flakes. Mix well, and then evenly coat the chicken wings.

    3. Let it stand for 30 to 45 minutes. The longer the better - over night if you wish.

    4. In a large frying pan, add 3 T oil, and turn heat on medium-high. Add in the chicken wings and reserve the sauce. Fry one side of the chicken wing for 7 to 10 minutes. Flip and fry the other side of the chicken wing.

    5. Cook until the chicken wings are browned.

    6. Take the chicken sauce and boil in a small pot. Add the corn starch to thicken. Serve this with the chicken wings.
