    Posted by: moms_rule_OH *************This is the most tender bread I've ever made in my machine. My family can't get enough. I used my machine to make the dough, and then divided it into 2 free-standing oval loaves, and baked at 350º for about 22 minutes. (The dough is very sticky, so I added a bit more flour)

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup warm beer or ginger ale (70º-80º)
    1/3 cup water (70º-80º)
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cups bread flour
    2-1/4 tsp. yeast

    Recipe



    Place in machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Makes 1-1/2 lb. loaf
