    List of Ingredients




    1 1/8 c water
    2 C whole wheat flour
    1 c bread flour
    1 1/2 t salt
    4 T butter
    2 T sugar
    1/4 C potato flakes
    1 1/2 t yeast
    1 T vital gluten

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in bread machine. Select light crust setting and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
