    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pound loaf

    1 1/8 cups water
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 tablespoons butter, cubed
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup instant potato flakes
    1 1/2 teaspoon yeast for bread machines

    place in loaf pan as listed, select light crust setting...cool 1 hour before slicing..
