    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound crab
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/3 cup black olives
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    24 medium mushrooms
    parmesan cheese, grated

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine crab and lemon juice. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Fill mushroom caps with filling and top with parmesan cheese...Bake covered with foil for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 5 minutes.
