    List of Ingredients




    1 pound whole mushroom caps
    1 stick butter
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 cup hot water
    2 TB. flour
    1/2 cup cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º.
    Saute mushrooms in butter, reserve liquid. Set mushrooms off to the side.Dissolve beef cubes in hot water. Blend flour into butter liquid. Add cream, salt,pepper and beef broth.Add mushrooms back into sauce. Top with cheese and bread crumb mixture. Bake in a buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
