    List of Ingredients




    1 (2 pound) loaf round rye bread

    2 cups sour cream
    2 cups mayonnaise
    1 (5 ounce) jar dried chipped beef, rinsed and chopped
    1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
    2 Tablespoons parsley flakes

    Recipe



    Hollow out inside of bread. Cut removed pieces of bread into bite sized bits.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and chill. When ready to serve place bread on a platter, fill with chilled dip, and surround with bread bits.

    It’s a good idea to have an additional loaf of bread to cut up for dipping.
    A long loaf of Italian bread may be used in place of the rye.
