    Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

    Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

    1/3 c mayonnaise (do NOT use Miracle Whip!)
    3 tbsp Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    6 oz fresh, frozen or canned crab meat
    18 med mushrooms, stems removed

    Preheat oven to 400º. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, bread crumbs, cheese and garlic. Fold in crab meat. On baking sheet, arrange mushroom caps and evenly spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake 20 min. or until heated through and lightly browned.
