List of Ingredients
10 jalapenos
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, chilled
20 slices of bacon
Recipe
Slice peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and white pith/membrane to get rid of the heat. Leave more of the membrane if you want more heat. Fill each half with cream cheese. Wrap each half with a slice of bacon. Place on a broiler pan, bake in 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until the bacon is done and the peppers are very tender.
