    List of Ingredients




    24 wonton wrappers
    15-1/4oz can corn, drained
    16oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
    16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    8oz jar salsa
    1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Spray 24 mini muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray. press a wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until crisp. Mix together corn, beans, and salsa; spoon into cups. Top with cheese. Makes 2 dozen
