    List of Ingredients




    1-10oz. package of chopped spinach
    1/2 cup butter
    3 large eggs beaten
    1 cup milk
    1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
    1 cup flour
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 Tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Thaw and drain the spinach well. Preheat the oven to 350.
    Melt the butter in a 13x9" baking pan. Remove from the oven. Combine the remaining ingredients adding the spinach as well. Pour into prepared pan stiring in the butter as well and spreading evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut into small squares. Makes about 40 squares
