    List of Ingredients




    1 boneless pork roast (3lbs)
    1 can beef or chicken broth (14 1/2oz)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery ribs, cut in half
    3/4 C ketchup
    1/4 C packed brown sugar
    2 TBS white vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBS mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Place roast in crock pot; add broth, onion and celery. Cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours - or until meat is tender.

    Remove roast and cool slightly; pull meat apart with two forks. Drain broth so that vegetable are removed. Skim fat from liquid and reserve 1 1/2 cups. Return the meat and reserved broth to the crockpot.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients and once heated throughly; let cook for additional 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve on buns.
