    List of Ingredients




    3 oz. bottle liquid smoke
    5-6 lb. beef brisket
    Bottled barbeque sauce
    Celery salt
    Garlic salt
    Onion salt
    Meat tenderizer
    Salt and Pepper
    Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Pour liquid smoke over brisket and rub on all sides. Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt and meat tenderizer. Place meat in refrigerator, covered with alumium foil. Leave overnight. When ready to bake, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce. Bake in foil 5 hours at 275 degrees. Uncover meat and pour 1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce over it. Continue baking uncovered, 1 hour. Remove meat, then remove fat rom juice. Add flour to thicken juice, then add barbeacue sauce to tast. Pour over sliced meat. the brisket will slice more easily if allowed to cool. slices then may be reheated when ready to serve.
