    List of Ingredients




    3-4 # roast ( I use elk / venison/ beef whatever I have on hand
    1 or 2 cloves of garlic minced
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1/4 cup dry red wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup coke
    onion slices
    baby carrots
    red potatoes

    Recipe



    Place vegetables in crockpot, brown roast and place on top of vegetables
    put some of the onions on top of the roast, mix soup, wine, coke together and pout over roast add some more onions ontop of the roast.
    Set to low and leave all day long. I work from 7 - 5 so it goes all day and is still very good. If it pulls apart too much, I make hot beef sandwiches out of it. My DH and DS don't care a bit. Plates are always cleaned up
