    List of Ingredients

    2 cups of self-rising flour
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    1 cup of whipping cream

    Recipe

This has been posted several times but they are excellent biscuits. Some recipes call for them to be dipped in melted butter and set on the cookie sheet. They are nice and buttery - but to tell you the truth - we like them better just plain. They are great with preserves, marmalade, etc.

Remember when you are flouring the board or rolling out the dough - don't use self rising flour to do that - use plain. The sr flour adds a bitter taste.

Try these - they come out perfect everytime.
