    List of Ingredients




    1 cup plain cornmeal
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 chopped onion
    3 t. baking powder
    1 egg
    1-2 jalapenos, chopped fine (opt)
    1 can Del Monte cream corn.

    Recipe



    Mix well. Spoon into hot oil Brown and drain. (These are very moist and you'll never make hush puppies any other way).
