    List of Ingredients




    1 can cream style corn(I used the 16 oz can)
    1 (11 oz) can Mexican style corn
    1 (6.5 oz( corn muffin mix
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tbls. butter
    1 large egg
    1-1/3 cups French Fried Onions, divided
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Combine corn, muffin mix, sour cream, butter, egg and 2/3 cups of onion rings. Pour into greased shallow 2-qt baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350º. Top with cheese and remaining onion rings and bake 5 min more or until the cheese melts.
