    List of Ingredients

1 Tablespoon or 1 - ¼ oz. Pkg active dry yeast
    ¼ cup lukewarm water (105f-115f)
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    ½ teaspoon salt
8 Tablespoons butter -- (1 stick) room temp
    ½ cup lukewarm milk (105F-115F)
    1 large egg -- beaten
    ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 Pkg cream cheese -- (1 oz.) cut in ½ inch dice (1 to 3)

    Recipe

In a cup, stir yeast & sugar into water to soften.
In large bowl, wisk flour and salt together to combine.
Add yeast, butter, milk, egg and parmesan cheese. Beat vigorously for 2 minutes.
Turn batter into well greased 10 inch skillet or round pan. (I used my cast iron)
Dot top of dough with cream cheese. Cover with towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 375F Bake bread for 20 minutes or intil internal temp is 190F on instant read thermometer. Remove bread from oven, cut in wedges and serve immediately.

The cream cheese is still in tact, and can easily be spread on top of bread. You will not need butter.
I can't tell you how the leftovers taste cause there weren't
