    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    2 T melted butter
    1 - 1 1/2 cup blueberries
    3 T sugar
    1 8 oz.cream cheese (cut into cubes

    Thaw blueberries in medium size bowl, add sugar and mix well. Can mash
    up a little bit. Separate biscuits and flatten. Spread your blueberries
    over the flattened biscuit (mostly in the center), roll a cube of cream
    cheese in the melted butter and place in the center of the biscuit over
    the blueberries. Pinch seam shut and place in a muffin tin, seam up.
    (can use the paper muffin cups to help with mess) Do this with all
    biscuits. Drizzle with left over melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until golden.
