Breakfast Casserole
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage or ham cooked and drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Beat eggs, add cubed bread and milk. Stir and add salt, mustard,cheese and sausage or ham.
Pour into greased casserole and refrigerate overnite.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
