    these are made to be frozen then reheated as needed.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Owens hot sausage, cooked and drained
    10 oz. Cheese Whiz or Velveeta
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    12 English muffins, split

    Recipe



    Combine sausage, cheese and butter; stir until smooth (and melted). Spread on cut sides of English muffins.

    Place muffins on baking sheets and freeze. When frozen, stack in zip-loc baggies until needed - up to 2 months.

    To cook: Preheat oven to 425º. Place desired muffins on baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

    These taste like the Sausage McMuffins (without the egg) at McDonalds.
