    List of Ingredients




    1/2 medium green bell pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    1 TB butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    6 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
    English muffins, toasted

    Recipe



    Saute' green pepper and onions in butter until tender. Mix green pepper, onion, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and eggs together in sauce pan and heat through. Serve over toasted English Muffins. Enjoy!

    * It is even better reheated!
