    List of Ingredients




    6 slices bread, broken up, no crust
    10 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage, fried and crumbled
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 T. mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 green onions, minced
    1/2 cup green pepper

    Recipe



    Butter a 9X13 inch baking dish. Arrange pieces of bread evenly on the bottom. Layer cheese, cooked sausage, cheese and another of cooked sausage. Sprinkle on onions and peppers. Blend the eggs mixed with mustard and milk. Pour over cheese sausage mixture. Cover and place in fridge over night. In the morning pour the can of soup mixed with a little milk over the top and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
