Peaches & Cream French Toast

List of Ingredients
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 T. Corn Syrup (karo)
1 can sliced peaches (29 oz.) – drained
1 loaf French Bread cubed – 1”
8 oz. cream cheese
12 large eggs
one cup half & half (I use 1% or powdered milk)
1 tsp. vanilla Recipe
Heat butter, sugar and syrup until bubbly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Put peaches on top of that. Spread cubed bread over the peaches. Cut very thin slices of cream cheese and scatter through bread. Blend rest of ingredients well – (eggs, ½ & ½ and vanilla) and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight (I always do it overnight). Bake 350 degrees uncovered for 50 – 60 minutes or until browned ( I found that 50 minutes does it)
