    Posted by: homesweethome******This is a recipe we use nearly every Sunday morning, and I think it is about the best of its kind. My husband is from Wisconsin and he got it from a friend of his out there, so we call it "Wisconsin Pancakes."

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups buttermilk
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    3 egg yolks
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except beaten egg whites. Fold these in last. Do not beat mixture too much. Bake on grill, dipping up with teaspoon and making small cakes. When tops get glazed look and bubbles break, turn and bake on other side.
