    List of Ingredients




    1 c butter
    1 c (6 ozs) semisweet choc chips
    1 c chopped pecans
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 c all purpose flour
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chips and butter stirring until smooth. Cool. Add pecans; stir until well coated.

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar flour and vanilla. Fold in chocolate mixture. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two thirds full. Bake at 325° for 35-38 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean. Yield: 18
