Mini Ganache Brownie Bites

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. brownie mix
3-4 Tbs. Hershey's syrupRecipe
Make brownie batter according to box directions, adding the Hershey's syrup.
PAM mini muffin tins (48). Fill mini cups 2/3 full of batter. (Start ganache-below) Bake about 15 minutes and test with toothpick, which should come out almost dry. Do not overbake! Let rest in pans a minute or 2, then carefully remove. You might need a butter knife to loosen the edges. Let cool.
Ganache:
Heat equal parts (1/2 cup is plenty!) heavy cream and chopped chocolate (I used Dove chocolate)
Stir until chocolate is melted and combined well. Let cool & chill until thick enough to spread. When brownies are cool, spoon about 1 teaspoon of ganache on top. Chill until ganache sets, then take out of fridge & serve at room temp. Makes 48.
