    List of Ingredients




    1 stick margarine
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/2 cup oil
    2 lg eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp baking soda

    Recipe



    Combine 1st 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over combined flour,sugar, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. P:our into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (I think I baked them at 350 for 30 min or so when I cooked them but it's been awhile)

    Frosting:

    1 stick margarine
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    1 lb box powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

    Combine 1st 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over warm brownies and chill well.

    May use a bowed brownie mix and frost as above.
