    3 1/3 cups flour
    3 cups sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    11/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 can 15 oz of solid-pack pumpkin
    1 cup veg oil
    4 eggs lightly beaten
    2/3 c water
    ½ c of chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Combine first six ingredients. Combine pumpkin,oil,eggs and water and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined; fold in the walnuts then stir and spoon into 2 bread pans that are pre greased. Bake at 350 for 60-65 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and then take out of pans.

    Carmel Glaze

    ¼ cup of butter
    ¼ cup of sugar
    ¼ cup of brown sugar
    ¼ cup of whipping cream
    2/3 cup confectionary sugar
    1tsp of vanilla

    Melt in sm sauce pan butter,sugars,cream cook on medium until dissolved. Set aside until it cools. Add vanilla and conf sugar and use whisk until blended and spread on loaves of bread. I usually do a double batch of bread and frosting and freeze some for later on.
