    List of Ingredients




    1 cup mashed bananas
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/3 cups sugar
    6 tablespoons dutch process cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional

    Mix all together and place in a greased 9x5x3 pan. Cook 55-60 minutes at 350 (mine took closer to 70 minutes).
