    List of Ingredients




    4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1-1/2 c. oil
    2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen, chopped
    1-1/2 cup mashed bananas

    Recipe



    Mix dry ing. & makes a well in the center. Pour mixture of remaining ing. into well & mix until dry ing. are moistened
    Pour into greased loaf pans
    Bake 350 for 40 - 60 min
    Cool 10 min. before removing from pan

    Makes 4 loaves or 8 mini loaves
