    List of Ingredients




    30 servings

    4 slightly beaten eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    4 cups day old bread, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 cup raisins
    4+1/2 cups milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup brown sugar

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes, brown sugar and raisins. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking pan. Place hot water in a large baking pan. Place bread pudding mixture baking pan into the large baking pan containing water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge come out clean
