    1/2 c. butter
    1 (18.5 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
    1/2 c. coconut

    Mix above ingredients as for pastry. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10
    minutes at 350°.

    3 c. apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Pie slice 3 cups of apples; toss with 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Arrange on crust. Mix 1 egg with 1 c. sour cream. Pour over apples. Bake 25 minutes more at 350°.
