    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1c. walnuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2c. sugar
    1 1/2c. oil
    3c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 apples, peeled and diced

    Recipe



    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Add dry ingredients then apples and walnuts. Mix and pour into an ungreased bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.

    Sorry I do not have the glaze recipe.
