List of Ingredients
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. 3.4 oz instant Butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canned pumkin
2 teas. pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine first seven ingred's. Beat on low for 30 sec's; beat on medium 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 min's before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream if desired. Yield: 16 servings
