    List of Ingredients




    1 box yellow cake mix
    8 oz. (1 c.) pumpkin (solid Pack)
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. nutmeg
    1/2 t. allspice
    4 eggs

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, except eggs.
    Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 1 minute.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Pour into greased bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Combine topping ingredients and heat until all sugar is dissolved.
    Spoon over warm cake.

    Pecan Topping:

    1/2 c. packed brown sugar (dark)
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    4 T. butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
