    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup butter softened
    1-1/4 cups sugar
    2 extra large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 medium ripe bananas mashed
    2 cups flour
    1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
    1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
    Stir in vanilla and bananas.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Stir in nuts.

Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan.

Bake in a preheated 350 deg. oven for 50 minutes or tests done with toothpick.

Cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Sharon drizzled this frosting recipe over the bundt cake when cooled and added dark brown sprinkles on top. It really made it pretty.

    CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
    1-8oz. cream cheese(softened)
    1/2 cup butter(softened)
    2 teas.vanilla
    4 cups powdered sugar

In a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, beat until smooth.

    MY Notes:
I used my last 3 LARGE Bananas and it tastes so good and flavorful.
I also made with the cream cheese frosting which I found hard to "drizzle" but definitely plentiful to "frost" the entire bundt cake (which also oozed down the center LOL).
The only "sprinkles" I had, to make it look pretty, were multi-colored and they looked great too.
