    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups Oil
    2 cups Sugar
    3 Eggs
    2-1/2 cups Sifted Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla
    3 cups Apples, peeled & grated
    1 cup Chopped Pecans


    Glaze:

    2 Tbsp Butter, melted
    2 Tbsp Milk
    1 cup Powdered Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 tsp Lemon Extract

    Recipe



    Grease & flour tube pan. Mix oil, sugar & eggs and beat well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and fold in apples and pecans and pour into tube pan.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour. After cake has cooled, invert onto serving plate. For the glaze, combine and mix all ingredients together and drizzle over cake.
