    1 package spice cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 cup solid pack pumpkin
    1/3 cup oil
    2/3 cup evaporated milk divided
    2 cups white chocolate chips, divided

    Recipe



    Combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed for 2 min. Stir in 1-cup morsels. Pour in prepared bundt pan. Bake in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.

    Glaze- Heat remaining evaporated milk in small saucepan over medium heat just to boiling point; remove from heat. Add remaining morsels stir until smooth and melted. Stir in 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
    Note: next time I'll let the glaze cool more. It drizzled right off the cake, but I could scoop it back on and came out good.
