    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 dozen cupcakes

    1-1/2 cups unsifted all purpose flour
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup + 2 tblsps vegetable oil
    1 tblsp white vinegar
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 375ºF. Line 18 - 2-1/2" muffin cups with paper baking cups.

    In med bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda & salt. Add water, oil, vinegar & vanilla. With elec mixer or wire whisk or wooden spoon, beat until batter is smooth & ingredients are well blended. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.

    Bake in 375ºF oven 16-18 mins until tester inserted near centers comes out clean. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
