    Recipe Introduction

Posted by: JoRose_FL I'm pretty sure I got this recipe from this board, but unfortunately I don't know who posted it. I made these yesterday and served them after playing dominoes with our neighbors. They were out of this world! I tweaked the recipe slightly

    List of Ingredients

4 oz bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (I used bittersweet)
    4 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg yolks

    Recipe

Heat oven to 350º. Put chocolate, butter, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla in medium bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir and microwave another 30 to 60 seconds until just melted. Whisk until smooth. Whisk in whole eggs and yolks, one at a time, until smooth. Pour into 4 muffin cups lined with foil and lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350º for 8 or 9 minutes. At this point, they will be shiny but still liquid in center. Remove from oven and they will continue to cook. Let cool to lukewarm or room temperature. They will be softly firm on the outside, but creamy inside.
I served one on each plate topped with vanilla ice cream and some fresh raspberries. They were absolutely delicious!
