    List of Ingredients




    serves 24-36

    2 cups Flour
    2 cups Sugar
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 ¼ cups Cooking Oil
    2 jars Gerber Carrots, stage 3 (large jars)
    4 Eggs

    Recipe



    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add oil, carrots and eggs.

    Grease & flour a 15x9 jelly roll pan. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 25-27 minutes. Cool completely, then frost.


    Frosting
    8 oz. Cream Cheese
    ¼ cup Butter, melted
    ½ tsp. Vanilla
    2 cups Powdered Sugar

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread over bars.
