List of Ingredients
Pumpkin Sheet Cake
1 can (16oz) pumpkin
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tsps. of baking soda
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of sugar
Mix and bake in 9 x13 cake pan.
Pumpkin fluff dip
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) package instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
1 In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin
and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping.
Chill in the refrigerator until serving
I took these recipes and came up with this combination. The cake is baking as I am typing. When it's good and cold. I am going to put some chunks of it in my glass tier bowl. Then put some pumpkin fluff. Some gingersnaps crushed. A layer of regular cool whip. More cake, more fluff, another layer of gingersnaps.
