    post by AlabamaNeeNee***********Got this recipe from a friend,made it yesterday, it is delicious.
    I keep mine in the freezer part of the fridge,take it out,slice it and serve it,the topping stays great that way,no need to defrost,just a little hint how I keep the frosting from getting soft.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 box(4 serving size)instant butterscotch pudding mix
    3 eggs
    1-1/2 cups water
    1/3 cup oil
    Mix all ingredients together.Pour into lightly greased
    and floured 9x1o pan.(I used parshment paper)
    Bake in 350ºoven 30-35 min.or until done.

    Icing:
    1 large container cool whip(I used dream whip)
    8 ozs.cream cheese,softened
    1 cup brown sugar
    Put brown sugar in large mixing bowl,add softened cream cheese.
    Mix together with electric mixer until creamy,mix
    in the entire container of cool whip,use mixer to blend together.
    Make sure cake is cooled before frosting.
    NOTE:
    I used 1-1/2 pkgs. of dream whip instead of cool whip.
    I put mine in a long loaf pan,split it in half with dental floss,
    Put some icing on bottom and then placed top on it.
    Then put icing all over cake.
    It is delicious.
