    Comments: This is one of mom’s favorite cakes. Now it’s one of our granddaughters favorite cakes.


    List of Ingredients




    2 cup carrots, grated
    2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 cup oil
    4 eggs
    2 cup flour
    2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 small can (8 oz.) pineapple, crushed

    Frosting:
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick butter
    3 3/4 - 4 c. powder sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped

    Recipe



    Beat first 3 ing. well.
    Then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Sift together dry ing. , add to creamed mixture
    Then add pineapple, juice & all
    Bake in 9 x 13” greased pan
    350 35 min.

    Frosting:
    Cream together cream cheese & butter.
    Add powder sugar, vanilla & nuts,
    Spread on cool cake
